We were talking about dreams in class as we read the book The Last Cuentista. Here is a weird dream that I had once:

When I was like 6 I had a dream. It was a very weird dream. The dream was about Mystery inc and I trying to get away from this weird green monster. The green monster went to Fred first but Fred out ran the monster. Next he went to Shaggy and Scooby but they pretended to be barbers and got away. Then the monster went for Daphne but then I had to tie my shoe for some reason so then the monster picked me up and dragged me to a table and poured green stuff on me for some reason. Then I woke up.

For LA this year we read a book called The Last Cuentista. It is about a girl who is going to a different planet because Haleys Comet is going to hit Earth. For this project we had to design our perfect world.

My perfect world was called Mupiter and it is located in the black hole in the middle of our galaxy. It is near nothing and if you want to get out of the black hole you will die trying. The inside of the black hole is purple and scary.

 On Mupiter there are purple rocks, blue cabbages, and pink oranges, yes you heard me right, pink oranges. There are small rivers on Mupiter. Some of the most well known are the Cool River, the  Cooler River, and the Even cooler river. The rivers have filtered water for some reason so you don’t have to filter your water!

The rocks on Mupiter interesting and purple. But occasionally you will find a blue or red one. Oh, rocks can also talk! They’re really not that interesting though. Rocks also apparently grow food. Yea I don’t get it either. But it is really helpful! The atmosphere there is very dangerous, it consists of many harmful gasses. But we will adapt to it, I think.

The sky there is purple just like the planet so the planet is hard to see. There are no moons on Mupiter so we will have to travel to a different planet instead of traveling to the moon.  

The animals on Mupiter are really weird. There are purple sharks with horns, snake things with a really long tongue that has a mouth on it, and a small purple lizard with wings,fluffy bees, and a Sasquatch that when you go hiking he might come up behind you, kill you, and drag you to its cave.

The political system is democratic. I am the president. If you do something bad you will go to trial. The court has lie detectors so if you are proven guilty you go straight to jail. If you do something like speeding, you will get a fine, if you steal you get 5 years, attempted murder would be 25 years, and murder would be life sentence unless you are 75+ years old where you would get a death sentence.

The tech on Mupiter is cool. They’re teleporters, black hole trash cans, mechs, and other cool stuff. Black hole trash cans are cool but if you touch the black hole you will be sucked in and ripped to shreds. They’re also Greek fire trash cans but if you put your face in that, you’ll survive longer than you’d want to.
